We started a group on Linkedin: Edible Insect Business Network.

The professionals in the fast growing edible insect market are welcome to become part of this initiative and share information and resources. Fighting the “insect divide” – the misconceptions about eating insect based food – is the main obstacle to edible insect market development. Therefore helping each other to succeed is in everyone’s interest. This market is not about competition (there is room for everyone) but collaboration: by helping each other we help our enterprises.

We hope that the group will contribute to connect dots like: import/export and retail regulations or production techniques (within the limits of company confidentiality). But Edible Insect Business Network is also a place to find out recipes or share great articles published on other media. Have fun, too.
